What you walk out with

You leave with working things, not notes.

This isn't a lecture about the future of everything. You'll build alongside us, on your own business, using tools you can keep using Friday.

01 / Build

Three live automations

We set them up together in the room — a follow-up that sends itself, an intake that sorts itself, a report that writes itself. Yours to keep, running before you leave.

02 / Decide

A map of your own time leaks

We audit where your week actually goes and mark the tasks worth automating — and the ones that genuinely aren't. You'll know the difference by the end.

03 / Keep

The playbook and the prompts

A printed workbook with every prompt, tool, and setup we cover, so you can repeat the process on the next task without needing us in the room.

Run of show

Two hours, four moves, nothing padded.

Come with a laptop and one process that eats your week. That's the whole prep list.

6:30 – 6:50

Map — where your time actually goes

We start with your week, not the technology. Everyone maps their own workflows and marks the three tasks that cost the most hours for the least value.

6:50 – 7:30

Find — what AI is genuinely good at

A straight walkthrough of what these tools do well, where they fail, and how to tell the difference before you've spent money. Including the cases where the honest answer is "don't."

7:30 – 8:10

Build — hands on keyboards

The core of the session. You build your first automation on your own business while we work the room. Nobody leaves this block without something running.

8:10 – 8:30

Measure — what to do Monday

How to tell whether it's working, what to build next, and open Q&A. Stay after if you want to keep talking — we usually do.

Who it's for

Built for owners and operators, not engineers.

If you can use a spreadsheet and email, you're technical enough for this room. Here's the honest fit test.

Come if you're…

  • ✓An owner or operator of a local business, roughly 1–50 people
  • ✓Losing hours every week to work you know a machine should handle
  • ✓Sitting on customer or job data you've never been able to use
  • ✓Curious about AI but tired of being sold to
  • ✓Willing to open a laptop and actually build something

Skip it if you're…

  • –Looking for a theory session on where AI is heading
  • –An engineer who already builds with these tools daily
  • –Hoping to leave with a finished custom system — that's a project, not an evening
  • –Only able to attend if you can stay on your phone the whole time

Nathaniel Congelliere

Nathaniel runs Make It Count LLC, where we build practical AI systems for businesses that are tired of hearing what's possible and want to see what's working. As an AI specialist, he helps businesses turn AI from buzzword into real competitive advantage: smarter automation, deeper insights, and custom systems that save time, grow revenue, and future-proof operations. No hype. Just results.

He runs these workshops locally because the conversations that matter happen in a room, not on a webinar. Every session is capped so he can actually get to everyone's screen.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up.

Is this a free workshop or a sales pitch?
It's a workshop. You'll spend the two hours building, not watching slides. We do run a consulting business, and if you want help afterward you'll know where to find us — but nobody gets pitched from the front of the room.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you're comfortable with email and a spreadsheet, you have everything you need. The tools we use are point-and-click, and we'll be circulating the whole time to get people unstuck.
What should I bring?
A laptop (not a tablet), your usual logins for whatever tools you run the business on, and one process that eats your week. That last one matters most — the session works best when you're building on something real.
Can I bring my business partner or an employee?
Yes, and it's a good idea — teams that come together tend to actually ship what they build. Just register each person separately so we can plan the room, or note the extra seats in the form.
Will the AI tools cost me money?
Everything we build in the room works on free tiers. If you later want to scale something up, we'll be upfront about what that costs before you commit to anything.
What if I can't make this date?
Register anyway and tick the box for future sessions — we'll email you when the next one opens, before it goes public. Seats tend to go quickly once they're announced.
What happens to my information?
It comes straight to us so we can plan the session and send you the details. No newsletter, no sales sequence, and we don't share it with anyone.

That's not a marketing line — it's how many screens we can get to in two hours. Registration takes about a minute.

Goes straight to Nate. No newsletter, no sales sequence. If the session is full you'll go on the waitlist.
